The ProExporter Network® for over 20 years has sponsored various conferences, seminars, and symposiums that not only present the firm’s research and analysis, but also inform clients on key topics of importance.
PRX offers three Seminars a year:
Each year in March the firm hosts its Annual Seminar which provides a world grain and market outlook for its clients, drawing on noted outside experts in key topics such as Washington energy and farm policy.
In August comes the regular Summer Seminar which also provides world grain and market outlooks.
At the years end the December Dinner Meeting is held in conjunction with the Country Elevator Session of the National Grain and Feed Association. The Dinner Meeting provides outlooks but also reviews the PRX “Research Agenda” for the coming year to obtain client reaction and input.
PRX offers two other Workshops twice a year, Fall and Spring:
PRX Round Tables are one day meetings for senior client staff, in which clients in essence “sit in” on the semi-annual PRX Staff Meeting, listen to brief presentations on issues and problems, and ask their own specific questions.
PRX Introduction to Methods workshops are one day sessions. In which PRX Staff teaches how the PRX data system works, how to use it to best benefit, how to organize and combine Excel files (along with “power user” tips), and how to do basic forecasting in client-specific areas.
