This Spring has seen the dominance of political policy in cornbelt agriculture—beginning in April with California’s new Rules for its Low Carbon Fuels Standard and continuing in May with the EPA’s proposed new Rules for the RFS2. The impact of these policies on the future of corn ethanol are severe.
We have therefore focused our August 17-18 Seminar directly on policies, and we have invited four outside speakers to help with the agenda.
